At Xinyun we are committed to ensuring that the trust you put in us by using our website is respected. We want you to feel confident that the information you share with us is being looked after and reassure you that we will never give your details to third parties.

When you buy a product on our website in order to process it, we do need to collect some of your details. We need your name and billing address and the name and address to which to send the order (either yourself or the gift recipient). We also need a contact email address to send you an order confirmation and to alert you when the item has been dispatched and keep you updated with tracking information. We also like to take a contact number so we can get in touch if there is an issue with your order, but this is not obligatory. You can be assured that we hold this information securely and we will not allow third parties to access these details.

Many of our gifts are sent to people going through very difficult times and we are very sensitive to this. As a customer, you can trust that we do not use this information for any kind of profiling or customer behaviour modification or share this information with third parties.

At checkout we give you the option to sign up to our mailing list. The purpose of any correspondence will be to let you know about new products that we think you might like to see or to give you a special offer as one of our loyal customers. You are easily able to unsubscribe at any time. We use a third party provider, MailChimp to deliver these emails. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

Our mailing list is private and no other third party will be able to gain access to this.
